Hunan King is the best bet for Chinese food in the town of Clarion. Their General Tso's is spicy and delicious. Their buffet doesn't stay out all day though, like Penn Dragon's does, but the food is being cooked constantly while it is out, and it is always hot. Their buffet is much smaller than Penn Dragon's too, but they have the usual Beef Lo Mein, Egg Rolls, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken & Broccoli, and Shrimp. They do have sugary donuts, but not the amount of fruits and desserts that Penn Dragon has. I took one star off for their location in the Staples Plaza. I hate plaza restaurants simply because the atmosphere isn't authentic. The food is delicious, hot, and affordable. And of course they have take out from the buffet, pile as much food as you can stuff into a styrofoam container and go! If you're looking for a good Chinese buffet before 4pm, go to Hunan King. If after 4pm, go to Penn Dragon (but be warned it won't be as good).
Buffet was so small but food was fresh. I would recommend ordering off the menu. Will not take credit cards or Debit card. Cash or check

I especially like the Hunan Chicken at lunch. Tender. Tasty. Cheap. And enough to split. The Hunan Delight is also a favorite for dinner.
