I've gone here a lot over the years, service has gone down hill to the point it's laughable. Slow service if you can get their attention. Live bands are so-so, and way too loud for a hotel bar. If it weren't attached to the hotel, I wouldn't bother going. The last straw, there were maybe five people in the bar, we sat down, waited five minutes, then left because the staff was too busy chatting with each other to serve.
Meh. I was hungry and ordered wings and a burger; my wife ordered just a burger. The wings were chewy and I had to send them back to be refried. We ordered our burgers medium but they were pink in the center, so much so that the cooked patty tops and bottoms separated because the uncooked meat in the center didn't hold them together. On the plus side, the fries were decent and my wife said her beer was good.
