Food sucked. Service sucked. Food had no flavor at all. Way overpriced. For the price you'd think the food would taste a lot better and the servers would have smiles on their faces. It was Saturday night. It was slightly crowded but not totally packed and we still had to wait for a server to reluctantly clear a booth for us. Everyone working there seemed overwhelmed. I was born and raised in an all Italian neighborhood and I know what good Italian-American food should taste like. The pasta should not stick together. The chicken cutlet tasted no different than Banquet chicken patties. They didn't put lettuce or mayo on the sandwich like I asked and they don't even use good mayo. They mayo had no flavor at all to add to the already bland sandwich. The soup was way more broth than anything else. Not much pastine and 3 little meatballs. A couple slithers of carrot. Really? We most certainly will not be eating there again.
Cheesesteak sucked... no meat sloppy.. It was a call and order and the lady taking my order rushed me so bad i thought she was gunna hang up on me... Don't know what they're pizza is like but I will probably never find out!!! .... never again!!!!
Papa Sals is really good. Always get good food and you get enough food. Never walked away hungry. The italian hoagie is my wife's favorite. It's italian done right.
I've never been dissatisfied with papa sals. I've loved the italian hoagies since they were located where tri star is now.......that's a while ago. Great pizza, super dinners!
Love Love Love the pizza... get it for take out all the time and the price is right too.
