For years I've been searching for that "special something" taste in espresso coffee, a taste I acquired long ago in Europe, I found it at a coffee kiosk called Cafe Oasis, just off the freeway, in Sutherland, Oregon. Now my semi-annual trip to California from BC has coffee to really, really look forward to, despite the best efforts of the Starbucks, Peets, and Blendz of the world.
