It's was clean, food was quick and tasted good, server was nice and the bathrooms were also clean, needs better Ranch though..
Tried the carside to go, I ordered it at 6:35pm, and the man told me it would be about 10-15 minutes until my food is ready. I arrived a bit before 7, and waited. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered the first time. I tried calling again and the woman on the phone told me she would let the carside man know I was there. I waited 20 minutes from that phone call, and nothing. So I left. DO NOT do the carside to go, it is very slow, and not worth it.
We tried the curb side to go, and the service never happened. Phone rang over 30 times and they wouldn't pick up. We loved AB in our last city. They just lost us as a customer here. Such a shame. Going to go somewhere where they WANT customers and will actually pick up the phone.
Good food, great waitress. Problem is our waitress seems to be picking up the slack for the other employees or lack thereof.
The food was decent and the decor, music, atmosphere was what you expect from Applebees. Where the establishment dropped the ball was cleanliness. The windows were dirty & smudged, tables had residue from a previous meal, and the topper was get this lipstick smudges on the water glasses feom a previous patron.
