I used to love this place, the cozy environment, the whole boho/hipster feel, but the past several times I've gone in the baristas were not friendly (they made me feel like an idiot even though I knew exactly what I wanted and portrayed my order very clearly) and took forever to get me coffee... you would think they would speed it up because it was a to-go order! I only get an hour lunch break, I don't want to spend half of it waiting for a simple vanilla latte!
Max Porters is a Great place to relax and have Super GOOD COFFEE . I love this place
I really like the atmosphere, but the only 3 times I've been to Max Porter's, the barista was not only unfriendly but blatantly rude. I tipped well, never once got a smile, and today I was snarled at, so I sadly won't be returning.
Friendly..Fun..seating with privacy for small groups...yummy soups, sweets and a nice variety w/ specials of the day....my favorite place to meet!
Cute place, great coffee, very friendly staff. Will definatly visit again.
