The Club on marbled rye was perfect. Love the onion rings, and the burgers looked awesome.
my family ran the big timber they shut it down but the old owners opened it back up I use to work there it is still good.i live in fossil I think you should go
Unfortunately, the Big Timber Family Restaurant has closed down and is no longer in business, I am unaware of the circumstances but I believe that they had some internal conflict along with a low amount of costumers. I had eaten there a few times before they closed down, and I'm sad to say that I will miss them.
Superb quality in this small-town cafe. We eat here relatively frequently, as it is a nice stopping place along a motorcycle route we enjoy. The service is always friendly and attentive, food is cooked to order so expect to wait a bit, but it's worth waiting for. My favorite is the Southwest Chicken salad, with fresh (not frozen) real chicken. Their hamburgers are average, but other sandwiches and specialty dishes are very good.
Visited Big Timber Family Restaurant (or Timber Wolf Cafe) on 12-11-2011 with family and we were all very pleased with our meal. Service seemed much better. There wasn't any serve and forget. We were asked if we enjoyed our meal by another employee which was neither our cook or waitress. Kudos to him! The food looked and tasted way better than our previous experience. We had a party of 5 and all our meals came quickly and hot. Sheila really enjoyed her bacon cheese burger and Timber's new onion rings (See Photos). They had a nice hint of coconut in the batter. Looking around, other customers also seemed to be enjoying there Big Timber experience. The floors and tables where clean and atmosphere felt cozy. The five us and our baby on the way our looking forward to our next visit to Big Timber Family Restaurant.
