The Round-up Grill has greatly improved in the last 6 months or so. After new management and remodeling of the inside, the R-up has come a long way. I recommend anyone who has qualms and past negative experiences, that they give the R-up another chance. =) Just a little disclaimer: The R-up is a restaurant, not a fast food joint, so don't expect your food immediately and enjoy the things and company around you. If you are one of those who isn't prepared for that, then go down Main St to Gubby's Drive In, or next door to Country Flowers

This place is great. Stopped there on our way back home to Seattle, and we had a pleasant surprise. The owner is very friendly, the burgers were top quality and the milkshakes the way it should be - real ice cream and milk. The French fries could be better, and the decoration is not the most modern, but I would recommend this place to anyone going through town and appreciates good burgers.

I and my group waited over 1 hour for our food after ordering, despite there being only a couple other customers in the store and two cooks. At approximately the 45 min mark we inquired about the status and were told our orders had not been started yet but would be made next. We asked for something small on the house to help with the wait (e.g. small dessert) and were refused. I asked for a discount on my meal and was refused. Food itself was mediocre. I felt that the staff were pleasant but missed opportunities to provide adequate service and customer satisfaction. The experience was frustrating.
