Loved the atmosphere! Was very disappointed in the food. The veggie burger pattie was burned and overall dry, no tomatoes or pickles , only lettuce and bitter onions. The fries were overcooked and tasteless. We splurged on dessert though and found the mousse excellent. The wait people were also very friendly. If you want a great place for relaxing, drinking, and overpriced dessert than The Blue Goat is your destination. I will not be returning. I will eat elsewhere...
Been to this place 4 times. I live in Salem and it's worth the drive. Great local fair. The menu changes with the seasons. I see one post with less than 5 star. I have not experienced the issues mentioned. The giant wood oven in the middle of the building is worth the trip. This place is another reason I love the northwest.
So unbelievably delicious, rarely crowded, great service. A gem hidden in Amity.

This place is well worth the drive, it has a great staff and atmosphere. The food is second to none it is all ways fresh and local. The dishes are filled with a multitude of flavors and never disappoint. They also have a good selection of local beer and wine to help complement the meal. The Blue Goat is awesome and a great value for the quality of their food and service.
