I stopped to eat here about 2:30 P.M. Friday June 27. From the time I walked up to the counter, I was a bother. The person said she was tired - I could empathize. She said, "I will be OK when I go home at 3." Then some other people cam up to order and one of her team members walked through her area and she, "We won't get to go home at 3." I had to tell her the bread I wanted three times. Likewise the tomatoes. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie. She said, "I don't know if we have any." A team member said they were in the back. I asked for water and she gave me a cup after I paid. I discovered that the fountain does not dispense water. I went back and another team member said, "That fountain does not dispense water." The person that helped to start would not recognize that I was there. It took about three minutes before the 2nd team member went to the back for the water. I asked, "Why did she give me a cup if she knows the fountain does not work?" She said, "I don't know." When I looked for a table and chair, I noticed the place was very dirty. I don't mind wiping off a table, but there was no hope to get the attention to get the cloth to do so. I will not stop at this location again. It is a disgrace to Subway.
