Cosy place with recently renovated rooms at a affordable price, quiet comfort if you want to get up to the sound of birds chirping. It is very close to the Texoma lake, a practical place better than the resort where you can enjoy a serene boat ride. It sports an in house dining facilty convenient for evening time where the chicken steaks need to be tried out. I would recommend it for a lazy relaxing weekend away from the city hustle if you have to destress yourself.

My husband and I were already set down and with our drinks ordered as well as the food. Just happened to look at the wall and there was a Roach crawling on the wall. Absolutely unacceptable!
