Awful experience, while we were waiting on our food a roach crawled up the wall then during lunch in my customers bowl of baked beans there was a HUGE dead COCKROACH!!! GROSS, this place charges way too much to have roaches. Then when we called the owner over to us he gave only a semi apology not even sincere he stated that sometimes this happens to places people bring them in their belongings, food distributors bring them in and they are hard to get rid of. We told him that this was not only gross but very embarrassing because we were on a business lunch and it happened to our customers food!
I visited Freddies BBQ on 10/25/2014. It was my first and last visit to Freddies. It was by far the worst food that I have ever had. The BBQ sauce they had on the ribs was extremely vinegary. My guest ordered the Chopped Sirloin and it was delivered burnt with a really salty black sauce. The service was also horrible. There was no one to greet us at the front door and had to ask to be seated. I can't believe that I spent almost $40 for this junk. Save your money and go some place else.
We ate there today and it was a terrible experience. The waitress couldn't have cared less about serving us. I ordered a filet cooked medium and it came well done. It also had this dark sauce over it that was terrible. The ribs were tough and everything was just not good. we had enjoyed eating there many years ago but not now. We will never go back.
I love this place!!! Great people great atmosphere and conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle and more importantly Tulsa traffic!
steak dinner as a little chewy. BBQ sauce is very vinegary.
