The staff is inadequate and the food quality is very poor. They usually have teenagers cooking, serving, and taking orders, making the process very tiresome and unpleasant. It is not uncommon to order a pizza to go, and when you get home you realize they gave you cheese sticks insteand of your pizza.
Fire the teenagers and hire people who actually know how to cook.

I have ordered out from here for as long as I've lived here. One time our pizza was soggy. I told them and got free pizza next time. After that its always been good. They r nice. And usually know us unless someone new is working
i use to work at kens myself and i would recomend eating there the food is good its got a good selection on the salad bar the food is fresh..i dont know of anything plastic anywere back there but ok..they may get orders wrong every now and then but everywhere does right? overall i would recomend eating there but the pizza is a little greasy.....my personal favorite though is the Chicken Bacon Ranch its delicious
