We were just enjoying a drive when we saw Bad Brad's Barbeque. With a name like Bad Brad's and the smoky smell that greets you in the parking lot you would just assume it was good food. We got the lunch special which was 3 pieces of meat on a small hamburger bun that wasn't even toasted, baked beans which were a tiny step up from pork and beans, and a drink. The brisket was dry and unremarkable. It was basically a $15.00 snack because it didn't come close to filling us up. We'll keep driving next time.
Had dinner 1-18-15 at 5:00 p.m. The chicken and sliced brisket were dry and cold and the ribs extremely fatty. Will not be returning.
Great BBQ, and the Cowboy Beans are fantastic! Steak night is great too, but get there early to avoid the lines.
Love their cornbread! And I thought the meats were very well seasoned. Also, the sweet tea was really good. The service is great. Prices are a little steep.
