This may be the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. It's new and Okemah needed it. I go fishing here from OKC, and I like to have McDonalds on my way home. Before it, the only option was Sonic. The drive through here is not too bad, fairly fast. But inside, I agree with the other review, slow slow slow. The first time my friend and I waited 10 minutes behind 1 person in line. There were plenty of people working, but who knows why it took so long. We left. I did email them and they sent me some gift cards and promised they fixed the problem. Well I have been inside twice since and thankfully I was not in a hurry. You will wait 10-15 minutes minimum. They have 1 person taking orders, and that same person goes and gets the food. The drive through people kept taking all the fries so she had to wait by the fryer to get our fries. One time we waited 20 minutes after ordering. I have overheard some locals saying it takes 15 minutes every time. I gave them another chance, I will not be going back inside, drive through is the way to go.
Service is slow. No I mean bring sleeping bag!
