Pizza Hut

Lovely place. Good. Friendly people. Excellent food.

Pizza was cold. A lot of people working but pizza was still cold. Very noisy.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. The service is ALWAYS poor, deliveries take over an hour every time because they are understaffed and in the restaurant you wait an hour to get a pizza then have to listen to the loud kitchen, which is completely open to the dining area. The place is also dirty with unclean floors and the kitchen area looks extra gross. One time, after waiting an hour for a cheese pizza, we finally got it and the crust was undercooked. The dining room wasn't full either we were one of three people there. To top it off, they always run out of ingredients and I'm not talking mushrooms. They run out of deep dish crusts all the time and other crusts. They also stop delivery over an hour before they close and one time we went to eat in an hour before closing and they said we couldn't eat there because they turned off the ovens. How corporate hasn't shut this place down is a miracle. It's the only pizza place for 30 miles though so I guess we have to suffer.

Under cooked pasta dishes in disposable tin trays. Pizza orders that take 45 mins longer than the usual 20 mins. I am afraid to have a pizza delivered for fear their driving staff maybe as awful as the cook staff. Once waited 20 minutes to NOT get seated in an EMPTY restaurant. Always teenie bopper kids "working" which generally entails four of them playing around in a booth while the last one works the counter. Unfortunately it is the only pizza in Hugo, so it stays in business even with the poor service and product. I cannot believe Domino's or Little Caesar's hasn't opened a shop. It would likely be staffed by the same caliber of employees so why bother I guess. It has been under new management for a couple months now, and I am about to go for a pick up as I type this. I will review and recant if needed soon.

Can't complain about service because there is no service. Allow double the amount of time for your meal. Typical Pizza Hut quality pizza.
