How is it hard to just bring me a SWEET TEA and when I get it it doesn't taste like sweet tea Wtf the service is ok but I'm afraid to try any of there food if they don't know how to make sweet tea and the sugar they use taste really cheap and or old
only reason they get one star is because there isn't a negative rating. Absolutely the slowest, worst customer service, poor quality food ever. In any other town it would be shut down, but its the only place to eat after 9pm in this place. Save your buy the dog food it's better and you'll get better service from the cashier at IGA.
Seems like every time I go to this sonic my order is incorrect! I pay for something I should be given what I have paid for, and then when I called I got put on hold for 15 minutes! I went up and talked to the manager about this and was flat out lied to!, he said he would have the GM call me within 30 minutes.... well guess what, I am still waiting on that call and it has been a couple of weeks now! if you say you are going to do something then you should do it. I dont know if it is lack of training or what, what I do know is this kind of service and treatment of customers would not be tollerated in a bigger city!
