so this is the WORST pizza hut ive ever been to. the employees are so rude! I went in to pick up my pizza and a blonde girl named Amanda was in their giving me dirty looks and being completely rude. and every time I order delivery my pizza is here about 30 min after they say itll be here. and every time I call they put me on hold for at least 10 min or longer! this is worst place to eat at in Guthrie!!!
Very dirty and poor service. We seated ourselves and had to wait a long time to order. Not sure there was a manager on duty. The building is nice and well furnished.
I thought I would give this place another try after the change in management, but was again disappointed. I waited on hold for ten minutes to place an order only to hang up and call back. There was a special advertised online that included a free 2 liter of soda, but they would not honor that special. customer service is key for me, sorry pizza hut we will not be returning.
Fairly good place I must say
I just want to let everyone know, this store has a new general manager and has fired and reprimanded several people since he has started. If you have any concerns or complaints see him and he will make sure to get the problem fixed. The food has really turned around and the service has as well. I say give them another shot.
