The year is 2015. Pizza is my favorite food. I have probably eaten 400 + pizzas in my lifetime. I stopped at Simple Simon's Pizza in Erick, OK on a road trip from Kansas to California. Simple Simon's made the best pizza I have ever tasted in my entire life!!! I chose the bacon and hamburger pizza. Best life decision I have ever made! I am bummed I have to wait til my next road trip to taste another of Simple Simon's Pizzas as I live 1200 miles away. We were driving through OK on I-40 and decided to stop for some pizza. We were happily greeted by the owner of the place, who could not have been nicer, demonstrating classic Oklahoma hospitality. We also ate some really good pizza, ask for the Mexican pizza, it's a little different but amazingly delicious! It is a special creation by the owner. Bonus: It is only blocks away from the great Roger Miller museum. Turned out to be a really nice break from driving!
I stopped in there ordered a calzone and gagged on the second piece the dough was not fully cooked..and all he could say was sorry dude. I will not stop there again
