We have been regular customers for 3 years but this location has really gone DOWN HILL. The last 3 times my family and I went to eat they messed up our orders and the service was horrible. Last night they made my wife's steak wrong and had to do it over. My steak was supposed to be medium well but was delivered to the table medium rare; when I sent it back, it came back TWENTY MINUTES LATER and was cooked to shoe leather. When I complained to the manager, she gave us a string of excuses about a new cook and new general manager. I don't want excuses, I want good food and good service. It will be a LONG TIME before we return, if we return.

I will never go here again. The food is just ok and the staff is the worst! We gave this place three tries to be fair and because of the staff we will never go again. We waited forever for our waitress to just come over and ask us what we wanted to drink and when we finally got our drinks we never received a refill and another time our food was wrong and it had to be sent back. The last and final time we waited 15 to 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us, so we got up and left.

Have been there 3 times and hated the food all 3 times. The ribs have so much fat on them it's disgusting and the meat that is on them, is rubbery. I ordered a filet mignon and it was burned on the outside and tasteless. Yuck!
