i have been eating here since i was a baby. my mom did nothing but eat here when she was pregnant with me. i always got the nacho supreme or cat fish. the food is ok. not as good as it used to be. sometimes service just isn't as nice as you would like it to be. just depends on who you get. i still eat there but just pick up orders for Nacho's supreme
The service is very good too bad the only they have going for them is the iced tea i have seen a roach crawling up the wall if you see one that means there is many last time i ate there the catfish was really undercooked i would not recommond this place to no one
Food is always great and you always get more than you can eat!!
Our Last visit to El Palacios was not at all a Good Experience. The Food was Rather Tasteless and The Waitresses were not around when you needed them. Not to mention the Nasty Water Bug I swa Crawling across the Floor We told the Waitress about it and She didnt do anything but say Ohhhhh. This place use to be great an now its Quality has taken a Turn for the Worst.
I've been here before and it was good and I've been here before and it was horrendous. Bottom line: bad. We spoke to the manager and told him the food was disgusting once and he just nodded and smiled and said "okay". No thank you!
