Its too bad this doesnt rate down to -5. I know McDonald's is kind of like the dumb cousin that no one really holds to any kind of real standards but the last four times I've been there I've had 1 correct order. Secondly the person taking orders should be able to understand and speak english (need I remind you the primary language here) as should the manager who I had to repeat myself to four times before he kind of understood what I was saying was wrong with my daughter's completely screwed up order and still he wasn't able to get it right the second time. Maybe if this company checked for legal citizenship and the ability to speak and understand the language there sorry excuse for service would improve and so would these reviews.
