Wow brand new store great food nd service problems from past years have been fixed i recommend this dq to everyone
18 minutes from order to delivery. We were passing through on a Friday night. Three families in the dining room and no one in the dining room. It was not like they were busy. For two burgers, fries and onion rings, 18 minutes is too long anyway and way too long when they're not busy. Will somebody put a Sonic in this town, please?
Poor service; poor quality. If you're like us, you are probably traveling through Boise City on the way to or from the Black Mesa State Park area. I recommend passing up this Dairy Queen (DQ) and going to the Rockin' A or the Crystal Steakhouse instead. This Dairy Queen is basically awful: 1) No air conditioning. Hot inside. 2) Place smells like cigarette smoke. 3) Slow/inept staff. One girl is working the counter and the drive-thru; another cooks everything. She is overwhelmed, but not very energetic. 4) Food took way to long to be served, and was cold when it was 'ready' (i.e. packaged). 5) Girl charged me 50 cents for bbq sauce, the only condiment requested. Just go to the other places in town (the local cafes). For two people to eat here it costs $16, and the whole experience was absolutely awful.
