Great place to go if it’s just you and one other person. Don't go there if you have a big party. Food will take more than an hour to come out and most items will be forgotten. Go during the busy hours and you will have a great atmosphere of people and drinks. Go during the slow hours and off days and you will run into the regulars who are very politically and racially opinionated. I think like any place you just have to find the right time to go and with the right amount of expectations. Don’t complain if you take your family to a wine bar and get poor service- it’s not that type of restaurant.

I was at Zinful for a work event and had a wonderful time. They have great food and drinks. The staff was very friendly as well. I even had the chance to meet the owner who informed me that they are coming up on their 2 year anniversary which is also her birthday.

Great variety of food and wine. Excellent menu extremely tastfull. Great ownet always there to help. For those that smoke excellent cicar room.

Upon entering the restaurant I was excited. The menu looked delicious and the place is beautiful. The service started out great and then quickly took a turn downward. After placing our order we had to wait an unacceptable amount of time (at least an hour) and some items were never received, including a milk for my two year old son. The last of our large party to be served was my 4 year old niece who did not receive her food until after 8pm. I had to leave before our food was served because I had to get my toddler home and to bed. I thought we would have plenty of time to eat given that we arrived at 6 but by 7:40 my son was clearly falling asleep at the table. My husband boxed up my food and brought me home a sandwich served on a very burnt piece of naan. I was not there but my husband informed me that upon complaining to the manager about our inadequate service he was told that "it's a tough industry" and that there was nothing they could do for us. Really? Nothing? Our collective bill was around $300 and you couldn't even comp our appetizers? The manager told us she "hoped we would give them another chance." Unlikely, given how poor the service was compared to the prices we paid.

Went on Saturday for lunch, only one other couple there. Food and drinks were awesome! Will definitely go there again.
