Honestly, I have never had any trouble at this Dunkin before. But today was a very stressful day and I ordered a chi tea, it was all water. On the way home I tried to call and just let the manager know...well its been over 2 hrs and no one is even answering the phone. That just makes me sad. It is a great company.
I'm VERY displeased with this Dunkin Donuts. - I had to wait in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes because it took forever for the employees to serve the car that was 2 spaces ahead of me and when they handed it out it was a small bag and a iced coffee. it shouldn't have taken that long. - I ordered a Vanilla Chai Tea and when I got home and took a drink it was coffee, I absolutely hate the taste of coffee. - Why isn't there a phone number on the receipt? A business should always have the phone number on a receipt. ALWAYS. - If you go on Google and look up this Dunkin Donuts the address is different than the address they have printed on their receipt, why would they be different? And if you actually look up the address on the receipt it's for a Little Caesars Pizza. This place really needs to get their information on their receipts correct, it's ridiculous. - I called the number that was listed on Google for this Dunkin Donuts, I called 3 times, 3. No answer anytime. What is the point in having a phone for customers to call if you won't answer it? I would NOT recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone! I will most certainly not be returning.

The sign outside said free donut with large drink purchase. They did not give me my free donut and the coffee tasted burnt like it came from the bottom of the pot.
