My husband and I love the fruit yogurt parfaits. When we ordered two from this Hortons the clerk said they were out. I asked if they made then themselves or had them shipped in and he said," well we make them but we will make some later we are just understaffed now. my husband and I were the only ones in the restaurant so how hard would it have been to make two yogurts....really!!! We will never go to this Hortons again!! When we were leaving the clerk fits, " maybe you will get lucky next time you order yogurts and be able to get them." like what an ass!
This is a very good restaurant there clean and they serve very good food
Ain't nothin better than a medium sized Iced Latte w/an extra shot of expresso and 2 Sweet&Lo's served from Timmy Hoetons.
Customer service severly lacks!!
I noticed the previous comments and didnt take it to my attention..but when i got inside to order it was just as the the comments were. I asked for 10 chocolate Glazed Timbits and the lady at the counter gave me mixed glazing Timbits. After i got her attention and told the situation she siad "well you weren't specific on what you wanted"..really? I do believe I was specific on chocolate glazed Timbits..even if i wasnt specific on what i wanted..the least she can do is ask me which timbits i would like..on not just that i they gave me cold coffee..not ice cold coffee but old cold coffee. Lady at the counter told me.."my bad.. I was supposed to toss that and make a new one"..idk about this Tim Hortons location.
