Great coffee, ok baristas. Not as friendly as other Biggby shops in town, but it's in semi-convenient spot to where I live.
Not good.
Hum drum ever since they changed their name from Beaners to Biggby, I lost some respect and the coffee is ok I dont order the espresso drinks, with coffee drink names like carmel bear or sparkle bear mocha I know I didnt get the names right but the names of the coffee drinks are like that I have to look over my shoulder if I did order one. Yes I will take a lg sparkle bear please. Oh my. Like I said hum drum and dumb.
I adore the staff at this biggby location everyone is very polite and cheery! I've had a wonderful experience at this biggby everytme I've been there :)
Positives: It's nice to have a coffee house downtown. Negatives: It operates as if the only customers they want are those who work during the day, not the 2,500+ of us who live downtown and look for a place at night and on the weekends. Also, cheer the place up with some decor that doesn't remind me of my grade-school library, design and build a better layout, and clean the bathrooms once in a while, then, you might get more business.
