To start with this is a satellite Starbucks within a grocery store. It is not a full service Starbucks, and it has no easy way to get to from the highway. Also no signs outside to indicate that the grocery store has it inside. When ordering it was hard to hear the person at the register, or anyone else behind the counter. All of them need to speak up since it sounded like mumbling. The part of the counter where you place your order was full of clutter. Not enough room to put down a purse. The worker didn't smile, and didn't seem thrilled to be employed. The worker asked me for a card to the grocery store, but not for my Starbucks card. Which is good because I don't think they would of been able to handle the on my iPhone. Although there were four people behind the counter, only one person was actually making the orders. That person burned the shot horribly. There was nowhere to really wait for your order, and there was no stand to finish off your coffee. Let alone drink holders.
