I was utterly overwhelmed by how rude the cook was. Not only was she not wearing gloves or a hair net, she did not wash her hands before going back to kitchen. A member of my party had ordered wings, and the wings where obviously not cleaned and still had feathers on them. When we brought this to the cooks attention, she insisted that we pay for the wings anyway, and insulted our intelligence for thinking wings should have the feathers removed. To answer her question by the way, yes I know that chickens have feather, I just expect them to be removed before I eat them. If one of my employees treated a guest like this, they would be served a pink slip immediately.
