Owner operated and at your service, I eat at Stephanie's at least once a month and I live in Wilmington. Stephanie's has been feeding the caring citizens of New Vienna for more than three decades. I recently had a Stephanie's traditional breakfast that's been on the menu since the beginning - it's called the Slum Gulley and I had gravy on the side. Check it out today in downtown New Vienna.
