I'm mean yeah I was crazy for when bw3s came to Mount Vernon the food was good the service wasn't very good the food took forever but I can't complain love that there's a Buffalo Wild Wings in mount vernon
It seems like we end up waiting for food for at least an hour, half of the time. The last time we went, we had a server named Raven. She was rude and not attentive at all. We expect basic service (the correct food, not having stuff floating in our drink, ect).For instance: We had something floating in our drink and it took awhile to get ahold of her to get a new one. Then she grabbed it and proceeded to take another 5 minutes or so to talk to another server before bringing a dif. drink back. Another couple sat behind us, when we were finishing up our meal. We then saw them grab a manager and complain about how rude she was. The manager tried to make it sound like that wasn't normal of her, but its funny that we were thinking the same thing. Its not just the service though. We've had half of our groups food come out 15 minutes before the rest of the groups as well. I love their food, when its not 'dead' and has apparently been sitting out for awhile. I wish I could expect to be able to go in and out within an hour if I wanted to.
Don't get the garlic Parmesan on the wings, the wings are floating in it.
