Bags is a great addition to the Millersburg area, great service & food everytime i've eaten there, only had a problem with my food once & they took the time to ask me what they could do to make it better, thats good service & shows they care about there customers

Over all the food was decent but the bad waitress was definitely a detractor. According to the bill her name was Stephanie. My wife and I felt rushed to order. We were told they were out of the side we requested and weren't allowed to take back our appetizer order to replace the unavailble side, which would have been easy to do.The sandwhich my wife ordered did not have the toppings she asked for and the fries were horrible.
