Got a hot chocolate and it taste so gross like sour I tried to call to see what they put in it and no answer called a few times this starbucks is bad!
Terrible service!..In the last couple of months..the service at this location has gone down hill. I don't know who does the hiring there..but each time I go there..(I visit frequently) the service just gets worse. Between chit chat at the window w.familiar customers to people on their way to work..ties up the line. No one should wait 15minutes for a simple Pike with one car in the drive-thru! Top that off with a gaggle of confused employees with no sense of urgency or customer service. I can't tell you the number of times I skipped the 8car long wait in the drive thru and went inside..only to find out everyone in there was all over the map. If the employees are not trained..they should not be making a Carmel macchiatos. Stumbling around each other like monkeys let loose and no flow about the process or a workable line of production. I am a Starbucks regular but this location is enough for me to wait til I get to work and give my business there. I buy gifts..mugs..breakfast and coffee on a regular basis from Starbucks. I will not purchase from this location again. Oh did I mention they jacked up the prices?! So essentially I am paying for worse service! Not anymore!
Best local coffee, but corner stripmall location and small venue makes parking difficult.
