Big stage, two floors, big bar, outdoor enclosed billiards for smokers. Great sound system..
We loved it ..... Our family, including our 8 year old, went in on an early Friday night around 6pm (before the 'bar' crowd) and had dinner. Most of us ordered the 10oz "Mickey's Burger" which was HUGE. The salads were chopped fresh per order and you could definitely tell the difference. We also has some wings and some Fried Pickle chips (Which were a little too "salty" but still very good) The place wasn't too busy at that time which gave us an opportunity to meet the owners (whom were also our servers) .... Anyways, I think we found a new place to have dinner once in a while. The beer was cold, food was delicious, and the service was really friendly.
2.50 a bottled beer is cheap! Try the Mickey Burger. It is excellent. Biggest bar in Lancaster and they have the biggest bands of any bar in town. Large stage and dance floor. Check Facebook page for events
My wife and I went for an early dinner. We're new to the Lancaster area and are trying to build up local places we like to visit. My review cannot compare to the negative review below because we were there with different expectations. We didn't know anything about this place before going. We walked in and sat ourselves. Since it was 5:30 on a Thursday (of Holy Week too) there was only one other group there. We had our drink orders and food orders placed just as quick as you would expect normally. I had the Mickey burger and my wife ordered a chicken tender wrap (I think>???). The waitress, who was also bar-tending and I assume to be part owner somewhere as she mentioned she created the menu, was extremely friendly. She also warned us to split the fries since it's a huge basket rather than each order fries with our meals. When our food came it looked great! My wife's wrap was bigger than a chipotle burrito and my burger was huge (the mickey is a 10oz burger). The food tasted fantastic. The burger was well seasoned. Also the bath rooms were what you would expect from a place like this. Nothing too fancy nor were they disgusting. Very nice open atmosphere and we would go back for similar expectations. If we go again and my review changes, I will be sure to repost!
We used to go there when it was The Tavern at the Mill and the service was excellent. Now the place is horrible. The workers are rude. It is either the sister of the owner or the daughter but she was so rude and had no clue how to make a JagerBomb. If u r going to bartend then make sure u know how to make drinks. Also she was so rude that she cussed at my husband. WTF!!!! Well I can assure u that our hard earned money will go elsewhere. Pretty sad that they had country ledgend David Ball there and there was maybe 20 people in there. That's because IT SUCKS!!!! DO NOT GO THERE.
