Burgers are amazing but the bar is a nightmare. The bouncers at this place are similar to Russian law enforcement agents. Papers please.... Be prepared at the door with your license, SSN, birth certificate and passport. You might get in, you might not... Save your time and money for one of the many other fine Kent establishments.
Great burgers. Decent drinks. I do agree that drinks and food do take kind of a while, but it hasn't been ridiculous.
Every time I've been here, the food is cold. Not cool for a $12 burger.
It has a trendy look but that will not keep them in business. Running a quality restaurant is hard and not for everyone. Never is a long time but I am probably never going back. Marginal food, sloooow service, missing items, charged for things we never received, I don't like being negative but this was marginal in every way. They did credit a few items to help on the bill but the lingering quality and service issues will last a lot longer than the memory of the lower price.
If you like burgers this is the place to go in Kent. Fried Brussel sprouts are great!
