I went to DK's with my son and my father last month and still remember how impressed I was. This place is one of the best kept secrets in Ohio. Great staff and Great food. I wish I could go back, but I am half way across the country. So now it's a memory to cherish of the perfect small town place to eat.
The food their is alright depending on what you get some of the fried food you can taste fish. And they only clean.their ice cream machines once a week which is so disgusting and they say they're open till eight but they close at 7:30 allot
Fine down home food at a good price.
I took my family there on a Saturday morning. My wife and my two children were excited to know that the restaurant in town opened back up. First of all I ordered biscuits and gravy. The sausage gravy comes from a can. I could taste the tin. I also watched them microwave my biscuits from a individual wrapper. (I was seated so I could see inside the kitchen. My wife ordered the normal breakfast. Bacon, eggs and toast. The bacon was premade because the center was still cold like it was refrigerated. The eggs my wife ordered were the most underdone eggs I have ever seen in my life. She likes them sunny side up, but come on now if its more than yolk running its not done. My kid's pancakes were done right. 2 out of 4 not bad eh. Total bill 24.00 and some change. I will take my hard earned money somewhere where I get what I pay for. Pathetic
