Service is usually great. First visit the staff was beyond courteous, even when I asked them a second time if I asked for it extra hot. I always ask for my drink extra hot and the first time I came here it was very,very hot and stayed that way for awhile which is what I want. The second time it was hotter than they are taught to make it, but didn't last very long and the staff was nice but not as upbeat as before. I also bought a cookie and they didn't ask if I wanted it heated, so it was pretty cold/hard but I could've asked as well. Just depends who you get I guess, but I'd definitely go here again.
