My family and I enjoyed every meal and the eclectic atmosphere. The southwest chipolte chicken was seasoned perfectly and the homemade ravioli was excellent. I'm glad to see a family run restaurant prepare excellent food in a really cool and unique spot, well worth the drive. Its been over a year since the first review was written and we've been back numerous times. I cant say enough how good the food and service is. The quality is always consistently high and some of the new ravioli's are excellent.
If you are anywhere near here and you like wine and food you must stop. The setting is great, the people are fantastic, the wine is delicious, an the ravioli will floor you. My wife and I have been to many of the top rated restaurants in DC and NYC. The food here was par or above with anywhere we have eaten. The family here is just amazing. My wife and I will be back, it is worth the 5+ hour drive.
seriously the best restaurant ever. my husband and i live in rootstown, so we literally drive an hour and a half (ONE WAY) to get to this fabulous place. we wish we lived closer! we would go every night hahaha...wine is wonderful (isabella is my fav!) and the food is out of this world. they make their own pasta (LOVE the rosemary riesling ravioli) and they can come with chicken or pepper steak. i always get the steak with my pasta, and it's always cooked to perfection. their appetizers are also amazing too. homemade delicious bread with dipping sauces, and the crostini with brie and proscutto is to die for. i wish i had some right now! OH! and you MUST save room for kelly's homemade double chocolate cheesecake. WOW. it's simply amazing. we enjoy it with coffee (or sometimes more wine! haha!) every time. i recommend this place to EVERYONE i know. it's my favorite!!!
The wine is all organic, but I didn't like any that I sampled. They were sour with no legs or teardrops. The principle taste was sour with no other nuances except one that had a cow manure top note-not good.
Wonderful all around!
