Cleves Drive-In is now Nick's American Grill. Upscale restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes there are groups that are seated in the newer area so if someone wants to have a small get-together - it is a great place to do that without going to a real pricey and distant restaurant. This is owned by Louise Kurlas and managed by her son Nick. I go there quite a lot and have never had bad food (If I would, I would let them know - especially Louise or Nick)
Food is excellent. A wide variety of choices, to keep everyone satisfied. The waitresses are very eager to please every customer. Just an all around great place to take the family.
It said Cafe on the building but it was the worse coffee I ever had, tasted like it sat on a burner all night. The food was not god either, kinda old and cold. The decor was under construction when I was there. The paint was halfway done and there was buckets and brushes laying around. The prices were pretty high for the low level of food and service. The server hardly checked in on us so I never had a chance for them to fix my coffee.
Great local restaurant. Food is very good, always have a variety of pies, and the owner is always walking around making sure everyone is happy.
