Stopped there to refuel. Horrible customer service. More interested in talking to each other than waiting on customers. Arby's sandwich was hard by the time I got back into my truck. Just terrible
That's cuz rvs are not majority of there business. Quite bitching I like this pilot its usually helpful to get in and out.
Small, parking for 12 trucks, 5 pumps. Arbys inside
Pilots and TA's are designed for semi trucks. The folks driving these big trucks are hard working and need to get in and out of them. So take your rv and your four wheelers and go to a gas station or the local camp grounds.
No room to accomodate rvs at the pumps. We specifically planned pilots onto our travel plans so we could easily get in and out from the pumps but what we found is many of them have room in back for semis but no room at rev pumps for rvs. Especially this one.
