I can handle that the food has gone up in price, but what I can't handle is the seeming decrease in quality & quantity for what you pay...not only on menu items, but on service and management. We've been to the new location in Bowling Green several times now and only once have things gone smoothly. Today was not one of those days. Once again our order was wrong, and instead of correcting it properly, the manager told the server to remove our food from the table and brought back the same dishes with "slight modifications" to correct the mistake. I'm sorry, but in the real world that is a food safety violation. When questioned directly, the manager admitted to telling his server to do this. Not only that, but by the time the corrected orders came out, most of the food that had already been sitting on the plates was cold. Nothing was done about this either. Trying to be decent people, we paid our tab, left a gracious tip, and walked out very disappointed once again. It's pretty safe to say that we will not be going back.
Best place with hot sauces
The food was good and the location is clean, but the service left something to be desired. We waited upwards of 40 minutes for our food after ordering. It was a Thursday afternoon though, so it is possible at other times food would get to the table faster.
Food is exactly the same price as you would see for any other b-dubs. It is a sports bar so expect to pay about 10-15 for your food, 5-10 for an appetizer, and 2-3 for a draft beer. Service was fine, though they did screw us once when we called ahead a party of 10. Every time I have gone with just a few people, food came out in 10-15 minutes.
