Second time at this McDonalds which is next door to the Sleep Inn where I stay while traveling. First, the positive: Both McDonald's corporate and the franchise owner responded promptly to my complaint. Both times, at least part of the order was not fresh, In this case while the quarter pounder was decent, the fries were cold and hard. While the lead person replaced the order with fresh fries (didn't catch her name - short hair, forties), she didn't apologize, upgrade the replacement order, or act courteously. She just handed me the new fries and said "here you are." The food wasn't any better the first time I was there, though that time was at the end of the evening and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will not eat there again.
Where has politeness went? I asked for ketchup at the window an was snapped at by a women telling me I know to ask for that when I'm ordering. no have a great day thank you sir just here's your food bye
I've never in my life had to wait 10 mins in a drive thru to get one cheeseburger. The employees didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. This place seems to be going down hill real quickly!!
Absolutely one of the worst McDonald's in the country. The food is always cold and the fries are always old and hard. As far as the customer service goes... well it doesn't. I don't believe I have ever gotten a smile for them. The women in the morning are even more rude than the teens at night. They really should fire all of them and and hire some illegal immigrants, at least they'll have some pride in their work.
The only fast food place that I am aware of that charges 25 cents for 2 extra pickles and 25 cents to add mayo. Wendys and Burger King doesn't do this.
