Went in to eat and work on computer. Was told the outlets were in the ceiling, sat down with my lunch. The flies took over, lost it couldn't finish.

This is the second time I have visited this McDonald's in the past month and had my drive thru order completely wrong. The first time wasn't as much of an issue, I just had to go in (defeating the purpose of a drive thru) and have the chicken nuggets in a happy meal replaced with the double cheeseburger it was supposed to get, only after they tried to give me two milkshakes instead of one and one chocolate milk instead of one with each happy meal I ordered. This is what made me check the food and catch the error. Today, however, I ordered one 4 piece nugget happy meal and one cheeseburger happy meal which somehow became 4! happy meals!! The window attendant claimed I'd said "4 happy meals" and she asked "all for a boy?" As I'd ordered 2 happy meals with Star Wars toys, I'd said Yes. I was charged for 4 happy meals! When they fixed the mistake after making me wait, holding up the drive thru line, they didn't give me a new receipt, and then, when I received my food, they tried to give me only one happy meal. All this could have been avoided if the order confirmation screen weren't wrapped in plastic, making it impossible to confirm my order before proceeding to the window. This defeats the purpose of the screen and makes it impossible to catch these errors. I am very thankful that there is another McDonald's in Alliance where I rarely have this much trouble. In the future I will likely drive clear across town if necessary to avoid the mall location.
This mcdonalds is horrible I work at a local business and we occasionally get breakfast or coffee from here, every single time we do our order is messed up! And we then have to drive back over and get if fixed, Besides that they are rude at the drive thru and inside. We no longer waste our time
