We were there on Mother's Day From Rochester, New York Passing through on our way back from Utica. The woman told us it would be an hour wait. My wife and I talked with the owner a bit and she not only seated but she seated us at a table out by the water side. The food and service was out of this world. We're definitely going back. Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Brady. Thanks Jeanie! P.S. This restaurant beats out The Captain!!

Awesome best clam chowder
I like the place for friday fish lunch. Great price & the atmosphere is about like a quality diner & its family /kid friendly. Nice place for a casual lunch on the lake thats consistently good. Much better lunch than Yesterdays...... & cheaper too!
There are only a few restaurants in Sylvan Beach with a view of the water. This is one of them. However, it is not ON the water. Their outdoor patio is on the smaller side, in a parking lot, but with a nice water feature. The food is ~$18 an entree but not of the highest quality.
