Horrible Tim Hortons, if the miserable employee with the massive neck tattoo isn't giving you an attitude then their messing up your order and blaming the customer, highly recommend you drive the extra minute down the road to dunkin doughnuts
Love this place, great people, great coffee, great enviroment. Hell of a Honey Cruller as well.
my service at tim hortons was good because of an employee named kayla. Then my service was fast because of a high school kid named jim.(waldo)
the staff at the Tim Hortons are right out of the living dead zombie movies.... on average they don't care about your order, timeliness of filling the order or even remembering that you request milk instead of cream for your coffee. just a bunch of non-professional casually employeed teenagers looking to get through their shift. avoid the springville Tim Hortons and you'll be on a better road to a better cup of coffee!
