Oh, LESS than 1. Are you KIDDING ME??? Order placed at 5:55pm, to be picked up at 6:45pm AND THE ORDER NEVER GOT PLACED??? ON A *TUESDAY* in JANUARY???? WTF? Oh, and "We're sorry...let me go put that in? NO THANKS! 3 years ago, I vowed to never go to Jack's again. (Plate full of SALT, anyone?) The food improved...we went back three or four of times. Perhaps never again. WE *LIVE* here. Somebody will need to do back flips and give personalized apologies before they EVER get any recommendations or business from us again. Oh, Tom...we USED to live in Webster. I'm *deeply* disappointed.

Great food, great prices & great entertainment: Me & the Boy's!

On a recent visit to Captain Jacks with a buddy of mine we had a bad experience with our food order. My friend and I ordered turkey wraps with fries for him and cole slaw for me. It appeared as if they ran out of turkey because my sandwich had a good amount of turkey, but my friends looked like it had about one slice of turkey in it. My buddy brought it to the attention to the bartender who was on her 3 day of employment. We didn't make a big deal out of it, just wanted her to know that next time, just say you ran out of meat and we would order something else. She apologized and went on with her business. I started to eat my meal and by the third fork full of cole slaw..there it was.. a rather large piece of jagged clear plastic that could have easily choked me or worse. I decided that I would tell the same bartender and I requested the manager. She returned shortly telling me that the manager was too busy upstairs to come down and speak with me. That is horrible management and customer service. The least he/she could have done was take 5 minutes from being "busy upstairs" to speak with me. The bartender did however tell me that our meals will be comped and she also bought us a round of drinks. That part was an acceptable reaction to an awful situation. I will be returning to this location because I have come to "Jacks" for years and usually have a good dining and drinking experience. I suggest that the owner take a hard look at his managers handling of this situation and set new policy when such a complaint is made.
