I go here all the time to pick up tobacco and cigarette tubes. I've tried three or four other smoke shops and found this one to be the best for my needs. They keep the bags of tobacco in a humidor (or so I'm told) so you don't need to be afraid of buying dried out garbage. They keep their tobacco well stocked, which is far more than I can say for the other smoke shops around here. I've never once gone in and had them be out of what I wanted. The prices are good (bag of tobacco + box of tubes = ~$18) and the service has been prompt if not terribly spirited. I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. The only time I need to wait is when another customer is hemming and hawing about some piece of paraphernalia or another. From what I've seen, most of the staff is quite knowledgeable but I've never tried to stump them. They simply answer any question I have.
Very, very unimpressed with the service. I would not recommend stopping at this place. The woman I spoke with was a b*tch who didn't know anything about smoking-related products. She acted like I wasn't worth her time; she blabbered on her cell phone for most of the time, and when she wasn't doing that, I was treated very rudely. The whole experience made me uncomfortable. 1.5/5 Do not go.
I've been to all of them. ELAB is the best. when you need the hammer to come down!!
They never pick up the phone if you call with a question. A lot of items are overpriced. Good selection and helpful staff when you visit the store. This store is good if you need something small like papers or screens, but your better off shopping online for bigger and more expensive items.
They have answered the phone for me. Nice little shop, they have a good selection of hookah shisha and coals.
