My husband and I were just in the new Owego, NY store for the second time since they opened. We went there specifically to get Kcups for the new coffee maker we received as a Christmas gift. We saw a tv advertisement several times and as recently as last night for a two box promotion. No expiration dates were on the tv ad. The person at the counter told me the sale was over. As we started to leave, we noticed a large sign advertising the sale for the kcups and the #3lb offer. The sign also did not have any expiration date on it. My husband then approached the owner and asked him if he would honor the sale since they were still advertising it in their store. He said definitely not and removed the sign right in front of us. Poor customer service experience for sure! On our visit to the store last week we received excellent customer service from the counter staff. I work in the healthcare field in a customer service role and would never want a customer to leave feeling like we felt today. Since the owner has that attitude though, I don't see any reason to visit that store again.
It's Dunkin Donuts and it's always worth the trip!! They have great customer service and they always get my coffee perfect. Love this place!!
