Im from Long Island and had to seek refuge at a friends house for a week and a half after the hurricane took out our power and gas. My friends told me that my wife and I would feel right at home at this place a couple fridays ago. When we walked in I thought I was back home, it is the hippest place Ive seen in such a small town. The art on the walls was cool, my wife really liked the paper mache giraffe and rhino named myrtle and lilly, I must admit they were pretty awsome. When I saw the Menu choices I was shocked, this place almost seems to not belong here, and then wait until you see their beer and wine choices...that wine machine is cool, Ive never seen one of those before. The waitress said the closest one is in Ithaca I think. Anyways I ordered the Special, it was an espresso rubbed smoked nys steak!!! Whattt? It was amazing to say the least! and my wife ordered the sashimi salad, it looked great and she was impressed...This place was great the service was cool all of them, like they were a weird family, but in a cool way...thanks for making me and my wife feel like we were home back east, and for a minute it made us both feel like everything was back to normal.....Good Job on this one Norwich, you are again one step in the right direction on making your small town a little more mighty
This restaurant is inconsistent with the food and constantly runs out of it.
Excellent food and coffee.
Great food, great atmosphere, and basketball a great selection of quality beverages. What is true this is not a fast restaurant, this is by design to allow you to settle and enjoy the atmosphere and your friends and family. If you are looking for a place to have a few drinks, and escape the fast pace of reality this place is for you!!
Great food. But very expensive compared to other places in the area. Also, it seems like each time my co-workers and I go to eat here. We're waiting 40 minutes for some sandwiches. Really? It's never crowded. Pretty clear as to why.
