This is a Quote from the Cayuga Lake Cruising Fleet's Pennant for 8/21/2012 "Since we hadn’t called ahead to make reservations, the folks at the Landing were a bit overwhelmed by 23 sailors suddenly descending upon them. Nevertheless the service was very friendly and not as slow as might be expected, and everyone liked the food. Also, several people suggested that we should make the Kidder’s Landing Race a regular part of the Cruising Fleet long distance race schedule."
I've eaten here several times, and I've always enjoyed the service and the food. I run a restaurant for a living, and I feel they do a great job here. I highly recommend it.
The one terrible review seems fishy to us! Wife and I ate here last Saturday, for the first time, and found the food, the service, and the atmosphere to be top-shelf. The value was right about where we expected, too. Our server, Daisy, was prompt, attentive, friendly and an overall delight. We'll definitely return. (As a couple who eats out frequently, and checks out many different restaurants, we're not easy please.)
